Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days via the USPS. Delivery is only available within the United States at this time. If you need your order faster, please let us know via email or by phone 312.924.1461 and we will try to make arrangements to get it to you sooner.

Order Fulfillment
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but there might be times when items become unavailable or discontinued, therefore we can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is backordered, we will notify you of the situation via email.

Return/Exchange Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or refund your credit card account for any items with which you are not completely happy. The item MUST be returned to Free Hand within 14 days of the shipping date in UNWORN and PERFECT condition . Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned items we will promptly refund your credit card and send you confirmation via email or telephone. If an exchange is requested we will ship the new item within 3 business days assuming it is currently in stock.
